By accessing or using ArcadeSkill at arcadeskill.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service, create an account, or enter any competition. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The Service is intended for users in the United Kingdom. Users outside the UK may access the Service but competitions and prizes are currently only available to UK residents.

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating or fraudulent behaviour, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards or competitions.

All games on ArcadeSkill are skill-based. Scores are determined entirely by player performance — there is no element of chance in determining game outcomes or winners.

We implement anti-cheat measures to ensure fair play. Any attempt to manipulate scores, use automated tools, or otherwise cheat will result in immediate account termination and disqualification from all competitions.

We reserve the right to remove scores that we believe are fraudulent or obtained through illegitimate means.

ArcadeSkill operates free-to-enter weekly competitions. These are skill-based prize competitions and do not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005, as winners are determined entirely by skill with no element of chance.

The following rules apply to all competitions:

• Entry is free — no purchase is necessary to enter or win
• The winner is the player with the highest (or lowest, for time-based games) verified score during the competition period
• In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the player who achieved the score first
• Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition ending
• Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification or will be forfeited
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available
• Employees of ArcadeSkill and their immediate family members are not eligible to win
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify competitions at any time
• Our decisions regarding competition outcomes are final

Prize values and descriptions will be clearly stated on the competition page before the competition begins. Prizes are funded by advertising revenue and are subject to availability.

The Service is funded by advertising revenue. Advertisements are displayed on pages throughout the Service via Google AdSense. We do not endorse products or services advertised on the Service.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of ArcadeSkill or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service
• Attempt to manipulate game scores or leaderboards
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, ArcadeSkill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
